Our physical therapists have over 40 years of combined experience in orthopedic care, as well as individual certifications and specializations to compliment each other’s services. We work to pair you with the best physical therapist for your specific needs to maximize your outcomes and get you better faster. If one approach is not working, we will immediately alter your plan to provide the highest quality treatment we can for each patient. In Clinic Treatment
The self-pay rate for an hour long session allows us the time to diagnose, treat and create an individualized plan for your needs. We offer customized treatments and work to pair you with one of our specialists that best suits you. Health Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts are approved for treatment. All other forms of payment are accepted.

Insurance Based Treatment
We are in network with Medicare and Anthem/BCBS. Unfortunately due to unfair insurance reimbursements, all other insurance contracts are out-of-network All visits submitted to your insurance provider will then be subject to payment be based off the individual plan that you have selected. If you do not know your coverage please call or speak with your insurance company or employer.

Virtual Visit
The self-pay rate for a 30 minute session allows us the time to quickly diagnose, advise and create a self treatment plan for you. Intake forms will be emailed to you ahead of time and a credit card is required to reserve the appointment time. Payment will not be charged until the completion of the session and we withhold the right to a $25 no-show fee if the virtual visit is not attended by the patient. Health Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts are approved for treatment.

In Home Treatment
Our therapists are willing to travel and provide care in your home. This WILL NOT be covered by any insurance plan but all other payment options are still applicable. Additional fees may apply if services are more than 15 miles from our clinic location.
